Bianca received her Master's of Law and Solicitors Practising Certificate in 2023 at the age of 22. Bianca has since managed over 500 cases for clients throughout England and Wales in her specialist areas.

 The misuse of client funds remains one of the most serious regulatory and reputational risks facing law firms. As regulatory scrutiny increases and clients become more alert to financial risk and transparency, Third Party Managed Accounts (“TPMAs”) are increasingly being adopted as a secure and modern alternative.

A Third Party Managed Account is an account operated by an independent, FCA-regulated payment services provider, such as Interpolitan Money which we use, on behalf of a solicitor and their client. Funds are not held within the law firm’s own accounts, significantly reducing the risk of fraud, misappropriation, or inadvertent misuse of client money. Instead, the solicitor instructs the TPMA provider to receive, hold, and distribute funds in accordance with the transaction requirements, providing enhanced transparency, oversight, and a clear audit trail throughout the process.

Bianca has Solicitors Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII), which is mandatory insurance that protects law firms against claims for negligence, breach of contract, or breaches of trust made by clients. Regulated by the SRA in England and Wales, it covers legal costs and damages if a client suffers financial loss due to poor advice or errors, such as conveyancing errors.

Bianca is registered with  The Information Commissioners Office (ICO) which is the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights, promote data privacy for individuals, and enforce data protection laws. It regulates legislation such as the Data Protection Act 2018, UK GDPR, and Freedom of Information Act 

Bianca charges hourly but fixed quotes and payment plans can be arranged with clients. A full list of rates will be included within our client care form and terms of business.
